■2017年8月22日(火)、この日は藤沢の割烹「いとや」さんで食事会です。
「いとや」さん初めての訪問だったのですが、料理はかなりハイレベルでした。どれも一手間入った、極上の品々を堪能できました。それでいて価格はそれなりなので、和食好き・日本酒好きの面々には、かなりおすすめできるお店です。
お刺身の盛り合わせがこちらのお店のウリと聞いていたのですが、実際に器に盛られた盛り合わせは、どれも単に鮮度が良いレベルを超えていました。江戸前のお寿司も漬けや昆布締めなど職人の技が入っているのですが、こちらのお店のお造りも、炙りや塩ダレ醬油洗い?など、それぞれに一仕事された一品の集まりでした。
鰹の塩ダレ・本マグロの醬油洗い+辛子添え・ノドグロの炙り・地ダコのショウガ和え・穴子刺し・甘鯛の炙り・本マグロのトロ ・・・。どれも美味でした。
今回は、お造りも立派だったのですが、「嶺岡豆腐」(540円)という、牛乳でつくる豆腐が絶品でした。豆腐というより濃厚な旨みのクリームチーズのような食感と風味すら感じました。「藤沢野菜焼き」(1080円)も彩り鮮やかで楽しめました。地蛤と小松菜のお椀も立派です。
こちらのお店そのうち再訪して、カウンターでじっくりお酒と料理を楽しみたくなりました。名店の多い藤沢でも、かなり良いお店だと感じました。
「いとや」さん、料理が美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
