ぽつら ぽつらでディナー️‼︎
まずはスパークリングワインで乾杯!お酒はペアリングでお願いした。
・あん肝ペーストと牡蠣オイル漬けとそら豆のモナカ:見た目も楽しいけど、モナカってこんなん食べ方があるんだぁ、という美味しさ。
・山芋擦り流し、いくらのジュースとワサビ:擦り流しってこんな食べ方があるの、という嬉しさ。
・お造り(メジマグロとヒラスズキ):スズキがプリプリ!
・八寸:お浸しや唐揚げなど、野菜を楽しめた。
・ホタルイカのフリット、ホワイトアスパラ:衣サクサク!
・甘鯛のすまし汁:お魚の甘味が滲み出て滋味溢れる。和食の出汁、旨味って素晴らしい。
・土佐赤牛のロースト、さつまいもとゴルゴンゾーラチーズ:メインはどーん‼︎ 牛のローストとゴルゴンゾーラの組み合わせは最高。
・ヒラメのカマと筍の炊き込みご飯:締めはご飯なのが和食。生姜も効いて美味だなぁ。
・食後酒はシャルドネのスパークリング。ビシッと締めた。
野菜もとても美味しくて、付け合わせであっても存在感が大きい。落ち着いた店内でカウンター席で調理を観ながらも、美味しいお酒と料理と、そしてスタッフの方々との会話も楽しめた。日本酒はもちろんだが、ワインも国産のものにこだわって出してくれて、知らないものばかりだったので新鮮だった。ここはまた来たいな。
