カウンターで料理を愉しめる、地元の食材に拘った創作フレンチレストラン。
バターくさい昔ながらのフレンチとは違う、素材を生かす和食のようなフレンチ。
料理は10,000円のコースのみ。シェフ自ら選ぶ料理に合わせたワインを5種セットで3,900円。
自然派ワインや富山県産ワイン等、なかなかセンスの良いチョイスで愉しめる内容だった。
内容は富山の食材に拘った8種とパン・デセール・コーヒー
炭火グリルで仕上げる熟成肉が最高に美味しかった。グランマルシェタケダさんからの祝花が有ったから、こちらから仕入れてるのかな。
ホテルのレストランでホスピタリティやらあれこれ求めるのではなく、純粋に料理とワインを愉しみたいという目的の人なら、本当にお勧めできるお店だと思った。
