前々から食べログレビュアーさんやInstagramの投稿を見て気になっていた、神楽坂にあるこちらの肉割烹にお邪魔しました。
お祝いで連れて来て貰いました。

ピンと角が立ったハツは、プリプリで卵黄とマスタードが合います。
和牛ヒレかつサンドは、分厚いけれども絶妙の火入れ加減で、今まで食べたカツサンドの中で1番美味しかったです。
ツラミの生ハムは味がギュッと詰まっています。マッシュではなく千切りにしたポテトサラダにはビックリしました。
洋食屋さんのビーフシチューとも引けを取らない立派なビーフシチュー。
焚き物の牛タンは、味が染みていて、今までの流れを変える変化球で良かったです。
じっくり焼かれたシャトーブリアンは、ちょうど良い焼き加減で、ゆっくり噛み締めながら、赤ワインが進みます。
冷やし胡麻担々麺は、実山椒入りのひき肉餡が載っていて、冷麺の様なツルツル麺と濃厚胡麻ダレがマッチして、良い〆になりました。
小皿料理とありますが、素敵な肉割烹です。
別のお客さんがアラカルトで注文しているのを見て、アラカルトも良いなぁと思いました。
大満足なディナーでした、ごちそうさまでした!
