Li Bingbing

Li Bingbing (李冰冰 Lǐ Bīngbīng), born February 27, 1973, is a Chinese actress who has appeared in films such as The Forbidden Kingdom, Detective Dee and the Mystery of the Phantom Flame, and Resident Evil: Retribution.
"Li" is her surname, in line with Chinese naming conventions which place the family name first.
