Notion has been a part of my life for a few years now, and I realized very much through 2024 and the process of taking my wellness journey much more seriously, how it really is the ultimate wellness tool. It isn’t a physical item, but it can really help you get every aspect of your life together – hence majorly assisting in your overall wellness.

That being said, “wellness” is really a broad term, but one that I use and love very much!
I personally see it as taking good care of yourself, and living in the best, healthiest way, with balance of course. That means something different to everyone, but Notion is completely moldable to your own life.
You can use it in endless ways, from a simple daily planner/organizer, to serious detailed pages about every aspect of every day, client work, company work, habits, health, beauty, fitness, food, creating, etc. The list goes on and on.
For someone like me who has a million things running through their mind daily, having everything organized in one place (that easily works between all your devices) has completely changed my life.
Not to mention, it is completely customizable. As someone who also prefers things to be nice and inspiring to my own aesthetic, Notion is an absolute dream for this. Create it (or buy a template) for a vibe that speaks to you.
What do I use Notion for?
Right now I have many pages, that I am working to organize/downsize. But to help spark inspiration – my main page topics are:
Basic daily homepage – this contains my daily & weekly to do lists that I organize & plan before each week
Yearly vision script page – every last day of the year I write out a detailed vision for the upcoming year
Money/bills organization – self explanatory; I keep basic money/finance plans and subscriptions info here
Taxes specific – I do my own self paid taxes with my work, so this helps me keep track of this area
Grocery lists & meal plans – keeping to lists help save with grocery costs and having a plan of exactly what you need & want to make makes this area of life much easier. I put my meal prep plan as well as other food plan
Basic biz info – everything for That Veganista has a home here from social links, hosting info, a basic plan for the near future, etc
UGC/Freelance work pages – for anyone that does independent work this is incredibly helpful. You can organize client info, current projects, even create pages/portals for clients with info that is helpful for the both of you
Bookshelf page – I am also a writer/ebook creator and this type of page can work for any creation that you personally do
Milestones tracker – might be silly but I do keep log of milestones with That Veganista that are important to me! Such as collabs, follower goals, pageview goals, etc
Journal/Gratitude/Scripting – I personally do both of these with paper now as it just resonates with me more, but for those who have gone digital with this, Notion is the perfect place! Forget Word.
By the way, Notion is a completely free to use tool if desired. There are paid options if you’d like, or you can download free or paid templates, but the tool itself is free to use in basic form.
If you are interested, I’m currently working on redoing my paid templates that I offer! Keep in touch via socials or email list if you’d like to get notified when they go back live.
