chuckling indulgently.. oh go on... i suppose a LITTLE bit of monica in my life wouldn't hurt
My car failed inspection🥲
3 more issues found and I already have to pay $200 for a different issue with it.... I've already spent over $1k.....and I have hundreds more to go.... I can't fucking do this
I don't know the total cost of everything yet but I do know it'll be at least a few hundred on top of the $200 I have to pay for everything else
I'm gonna be paying at a least $500 for everything 🙃😭 and that's not even including the cost of what I owe to my car insurance to get that renewed. I predict I'm gonna pay at least $1k to get this thing legal 😭
The cops in my city are automatically towing anyone who has expired tags now. I'm supposed to start volunteering at an animal shelter this week.... Fuck
If anyone can help me out, I'm disabled, on SSI, and taking care of a child and my mother, so I can't afford this on my own... I already used ALL of our tax money on my car🥲
I would really appreciate any help I can get😭
I'm setting the goal at 1k for now but I'll update the post once I know the full cost
And I have no choice but to pay for it if I want to be able to drive anywhere in town, such as my doctor appointments, volunteer work, getting our prescriptions, etc.... I can't afford a ticket and/or getting my car out of impound on top of all of this. So in other words

As much debate as there is about tone tags, 90% of the issues would be solved by just typing the word. Like instead of typing /gen or /hj you can just write (genuine) or (handjob) and you'll be doing pretty much the exact same thing.
Of course I personally think it's less awkward to use some rudimentary language skills to form actual sentences and phrases. They don't even have to be complicated. Like "Genuine question, why are you doing that?" Or "I'm being serious. Stop that." Or "I'm going to jerk you off now."

many activists involved the ferguson uprising were mysteriously murdered. at least one activist i know of was murdered after the uprising in louisville. like the united states never ever ever wants an organized movement like the civil rights movement of 50’s-60’s to ever happen again and they’re are more than willing to murder, maim, and disappear people to make that the case.
Trans allyship means not acting insulted if someone calls you trans, by the way. Like that's a pretty big cornerstone actually. It's a genuinely important part of trans allyship that if someone says you are trans (either as a misunderstanding or meant as an insult), you do not go 'ew no i'm cis, how dare you'.
No amount of 'it's fine to be called trans if you're actually trans' will cover up the fact that your immediate reaction was to distance yourself from trans people and paint us as a bad group to be a part of. Trans allyship requires more from you than just thinking trans people deserve to exist, and at a bare minimum it requires an understanding that "trans" is not an insult.
