My name is Mohammad Alkhaldi, a young man from Gaza. I was just days away from fulfilling my lifelong dream of getting married and starting a family. After years of waiting and planning every detail of this joyful day, only three days remained until my wedding. Everything was ready—the home, the celebration plans, and all those joyful moments filled with hope.

But my happiness was left incomplete. On what should have been my wedding day, I was injured amidst the turmoil around me. Instead of celebrating with family and loved ones, I found myself facing pain and loss. In a single moment, all the dreams I held so close faded away

Living in a small tent that doesn’t fit my family is a daily challenge beyond description. We’re gathered within four walls of fabric that barely protect us from the summer heat or the winter cold, yet we have to share this tiny space for all our basic needs. When night falls, sleeping becomes another struggle as we try to find room for everyone. Privacy is nonexistent, and even the simplest things become difficult. Despite it all, the hope for a better tomorrow is what keeps us going amidst these tough conditions

I still believe there is goodness in the world and that the days ahead may carry new hope for me and for everyone facing hardship. Your support and kindness can help me get through this and bring back a piece of my lost dreams
