actually paying attention to fiber intake will have you pacing your room like an insane person. what do you mean you need 25 to 30 grams a day. a tablespoon of chia seeds has 5 grams. 100 grams of broccoli has 2.6 grams. what the fuck are we meant to eat all day to get to 30. Is there anything other than legumes that can help you here.

This painting still gives me chills, 35 years later.

I don't know, but I would like to.
It's from the 1990 movie The Witches.
The little girl in the painting is trapped in there by a witch, and she changes positions randomly, growing older until one day she fades away.
This is told in the beginning of the movie and I think traumatised many kids to never trust paintings.
