I wanted to create a new tag game because I love hearing people talk about what they're doing creatively! 🖌️

Rules: Talk about something creative you're working on of any kind. 🚦 Green: What is it about, what excited you about it, what sparked the idea? Orange: Slow down and share something from it: a photo, a few words, some more background info etc. Red: What is the roadblock currently? What is one thing that is a necessary evil in making it?

Green I'm currently writing a fic about teen-Jonah and I loved the concept for a while now. It allows me to dive deep into a character that is both still growing and forming but also already has done a lot of growth too. It also allows me to write TK and Carlos as parental figures years down the road, as older and having grown alongside Jonah too. The main plot of it will be Jonah getting in trouble, bigger and smaller, and how he and TK and Carlos handle it. I want to write each part from one of the three perspectives. I'm halfway done with it. Orange

“Hi Jojo,” TK says with a big smile on his face. He’s protested the nickname for a while but gave up eventually because they both knew he didn’t really mean it. His brother’s hair is mused, standing up on one side, like the scruff he’s been growing gray on the edges.  He used to wish to grow up looking just like him. Be just like him. Not like the mother he only knew from pictures because he missed the idea more than he could ever miss her. Not like the father that equally hurt and healed to see in a visitors room every second month. Like TK.  As many things, his feelings toward his family are a big big mess in his heart, but lately he’s been yearning to talk to his father more, been happy to see his eyes reflected in his own. He has TK’s smile though. It’s his best feature.

Red Part of the conflict will be about substances and the big talk TK will have with Jonah about it. I've been stalling writing it because it's a delicate subject. Even more delicate is writing a scene that feels both realistic, and thus flawed, but also conveys what both characters would ultimately get off their chests. But I can do it! Open Tag &

man…seeing glimpses of everyone’s personal lives after the shift got me. abbot is an amputee…mel and her sister…whitaker’s homeless…i love that they did that. doctors aren’t gods. they can do miraculous things but at the end of the day they’re still people, and everyone’s going through something.

ready for the trinity santos and dennis whitaker bestfriendship of all time on levels that no one else can comprehend. i need them to walk into the next season arguing about how trinity broke the coffee machine in the one singular way where it's unfixable. need dennis to talk about how someone tried to break into the apartment and trinity broke their arm in five places. they watch shitty medical dramas together and get genuinely angry at inaccuracies and use said inaccuracies to quiz each other. trinity took no less than 100 pictures on dennis's residency match day. dennis tells trinity that he's survived multiple tornadoes and her only reaction was calling him a loser because he's never been stormchasing. this isn't even all the thoughts i've had and i finished the finale 15 minutes ago
