Beta/Pinch Hitter Sign Ups
Hello, everyone! We are once again requesting Beta Readers and Pinch Hitters, this time for the May Mini 2025.
If you like proofreading fic, writing mystery prompts, or generally just want to join in on the fun, then please click the link below and fill out our super easy, 4 question google form. You can sign up for beta/pinch hit with or without already being signed up as a regular participant.
How this works is we compile a list of betas, pinch hitters, or both from your google responses. Then, when someone requests a beta or has to drop out for any reason, we send an email out to the appropriate group. Assignments are given out on a first come first serve basis with preference to people who have not yet gotten an assignment.

Good afternoon, everyone! Sign-ups have been open for a little over a day, and we already have a flood of responses which is just so so so exciting ❤️💙 We're about to send out that first round of emails with the Ao3 sign up link, and we thought we ought to post the parameters here as well.
For the mini-exchange, you'll only be submitting 2 total prompts. These must be FirstPrince-centric, alternate universe, and have a generally positive/uplifting theme.
For the dialogue prompt, please include 1-2 sentences of dialogue. This will be up to the author/artist to interpret in terms of character speaking, scene setting, and the like. Example: "Are you waiting for a formal, written invitation? Kiss me."
For the narrative prompt, please create a 2-3 sentence long-form prompt. This should include details like setting, characterization, or story beats. Example: 1920's speakeasy AU. Alex is a bartender, Henry plays piano in the band. It's love (or at least lust) at first sight.
You will also need to include a list of Likes/Dislikes and confirm if you're okay with smut in your gift or not. You will need to do the same for your offer with a list of things you like to write/draw and don't like to write/draw. These lists help us match people up better, so while it is okay to put 'anything is fine' or some variation thereof, it's better for all involved to put at least a few things down.
Lastly, please specify if you want book!fic/art, movie!fic/art, or both/either by listing the corresponding fandom in the required box.

Hello again, friends! This is an update on how you can reach us or receive updates during the event.
This tumblr account is our main information hub. The rules and FAQ will be posted here tomorrow and linked in the bio, and all schedule reminders will get a post. We also do reveals here at the end of the event.
In addition to the tumblr page we now have a brand new Bluesky account! We'll post updates there as well, so give us a follow and tell your friends.
Lastly, all communication with participants about sign-ups, check-ins, posting, etc will be handled by email. If you need to contact a mod, you can do so by sending an Ask here, but sending us an email at anywherewithyouevent@gmail.com is preferred.

I actually have no idea what I have shared from this fic and what I haven’t—I haven’t added words in over a month, I have something with a deadline that I’m working on, I am confused, I am disoriented, I only know it’s Sunday because it’s seven sentence time…bon appetite.

Pez loops his arm through Henry’s as soon as he’s close enough to reach and smiles at the bouncer. The bouncer smiles back, clearly charmed by Pez’s aura, and unclips the rope to let them all in.
“Do I even want to know how you got us in here that quickly?” Henry asks and Pez shakes his head.
“Not unless you want to clutch your metaphorical pearls. He was cute though, wasn’t he?”
“I guess,” Henry says, looking back at the bouncer. “He’s not really my type.”
