Do y’all ever wonder if Dutch and Hosea knew they were going to raise an absolute UNIT like Arthur? Like he was once a skinny and rambunctious 14 year old street orphan and they took a chance on him and fed him as he grew into a fucking BEAST who is arguably bulkier than the two of them combined, and has become the main brawn of the gang.
This is basically just an Arthur Physique appreciation post but GOD DAMN.
Some things I think about a lot:
Bill saying if Arthur’s hair grows any longer he'll have to put a dress on him
Bill being tied up in that way when Arthur saves him from bounty hunters
Lenny getting praised by Bill
Karen saying Arthur is more kissable without the beard
One of the girls (I THINK IT'S SADIE) suggesting Arthur wear pig tails when his hair is long
Micah making himself crack up calling Arthur Santa Claus
Javier sitting there while Bill gushes about how scary he was that one time
All of Hosea and Dutch's camp interactions
Abigail telling Molly that she understands ("Unfortunately, I do")
John rejecting Jack wanting to play, and in chp 6 actively playing with him
Pearson's interaction with Mary-Beth
Tilly and Mary-Beth's friendship
Trelawny
When Dutch and Grimshaw dance
Karen "I'll scratch your eyes out before my coffee" Jones and Charles just accepting that

IVE THOUGHT TOO MUCH ABOUT THIS.
Dutch is still Dutch because.. Dutch in general is a gender neutral name, considering… it’s just his heritage… On the theory/cannon that his given name is “Daniel” I’d say her name is “Danielle” aka Dutch Van Der Linde.
AS FOR HOSEA. I’ve decided to name her Hosanna. Which is a biblical word (much like Hosea) to express overwhelming and intense joy and adoration AND is a baby girl name!! (YAY DOUBLE WIN). ALSO it sounds VERY similar to Hosea!! :3
As for Arthur… I got lazy and just called her Martha.. based on the joke that Hosea made that one time. And Charles is Charlotte because I’m only creative sometimes LMAO 😭

I think he’d be angry with Dutch for fist-fighting Arthur because he tries to discourage violence within the camp (and that’s his favorite son we’re talking about) and he’d try to break it up.
Meanwhile John would be betting on Arthur to win
(Also the scenario itself is diabolical and absolutely hilarious to me)
