I just finished reading the second part of encore and felt nothing but disgust for it. He really doesn't give me any pity, he deserves to suffer and she deserves to be happy with someone else, the trust there doesn't even exist anymore, there's no way they're endgame together, please. Why would she forgive him? It just shows that she deserves to go through the same thing many more times until she learns, not everyone deserves a second chance.

I really, really hope oc doesn't end up with jk in Encore, kinda what he did is unforgivable and there will be no more trust between them, that's for sure. It would be really nice to change it up a bit since every other second chance story he always screws up, regrets it and she forgives him.
But he's a big jerk and doesn't deserve her. He just left her to exploit other people? How could this be accepted and he still get a second chance? It's not just because he's Jungkook that we have to accept shit like this, girls. A happy ending isn't always the right one🩷🩷

ah, the million-dollar question.
jungkook didn’t mean to leave her — not in a way that made sense. he was young, overwhelmed, and honestly… a little cowardly. back then, bts was taking off at full speed, and instead of holding on to her, he just let go. slowly. to discover new people.
as for why it took so long to find her again… guilt. shame. fear that she’d moved on and built a life without him — a better one, maybe.
