We are a family of ten trying to survive in northern Gaza. We have a rent of $700 that we won’t be able to pay without help, and we will be at the mercy of the drones and the tanks if we have to leave, on top of having to leave behind all of our belongings. The only food we have left is a bag of flour infested with maggots, everything at the market has become insanely expensive.
My sister Soso is only four years old, what kind of life is this for her? My mother and I have been sick and thankfully we finally got the help of a doctor, but that means we had to pay for the medicine as well. The little money we have left isn’t enough to buy anything in the north.
Please help, I swear I’ll be thankful for anything. Share at least if you can’t afford to donate.

i stopped covidposting with any kind of sincere investment like a year ago because i just dont have the divine inspiration it requires to keep explaining to adults that it's harder to climb a staircase with a broken leg. "when you are not healthy, it is harder to do things" is a concept that has been well-documented as ineffable to a vast majority of the population for many years now without attempting to add the completely baffling (to them) corollary of "if you catch this virus it will negatively impact your long term health and survival"

LGBTIQ REFUGEES UPDATE & URGENT APPEAL
Hi dear friends, supporters, and kind hearts.
I'm so sorry for being silent these past days. My Tumblr account was suspended from posting, but thankfully it has been restored, and I can finally update you.
In our last post, we were still in Kakuma Refugee Camp, Kenya. However, after the Kenyan government clearly told us they have no space for queer refugees, we had no choice but to flee once again. The only nearby option for us was South Sudan — a country known to be extremely dangerous, but like before, we had no other option. We fled because we simply want to live.
The Harsh Reality We Are Facing Right Now
Things have not improved; instead, they have become worse.
- Daily Starvation: We are barely surviving. Most days, we only manage to have water and porridge. If we are lucky, we go to the bushes to hunt or beg homophobic locals for work — which is both humiliating and dangerous — but we have no choice. We are doing everything we can to survive.
- Medical Crisis: We cannot access proper medical care. Most of the UNHCR clinic doctors discriminate against us because of our identities. We currently have a big unpaid bill at a private hospital, and several of our members are sick, including a comrade who was violently attacked last week and is now seriously injured. We cannot afford treatment or even basic medications. Any support here will be literally life-saving.
- Shelter Emergency: The UNHCR shelters are too few and too small for us all. Many of us are forced to sleep outside, and now it's the rainy season. We stand all night just to make space for others to lie down. We urgently need $750 to build additional shelters so that our members, including mothers with their children, can at least sleep without being soaked in the rain.
