Happy New Year!

Kicking off the year with some fanart for @hatekawa's 3 Months AU! I've loved this AU for a long time, ever since I stumbled upon a tiktok way back in late 2023. It was actually one of the first AU's I learned about when I got into the Rottmnt fandom, so I figured it was time to show my appreciation for it.

Sorry that he's so sad, I hope this doesn't set the theme of 2025 for me. ;w;

It's on hiatus because as I explained earlier in another post, I'm going through a burnout and I need to take a break.

Hi guys!! My burnout is getting better and slowly I'm able to draw more. The 3m au comic is still on hiatus though.

It's a long comic and I don't want to commit to that yet + I'm gonna be honest,,, rottmnt is not my main focus at the moment. I will come back to it for sure (i always do (they haunt me)) but not yet PLZ DONT BE MAD AT ME I SWEAR IM COOL

Experiment and see what sticks! That's pretty much what I do most of the time when coloring/rendering

#tbh Im not sure what you mean anon:(#if you have trouble picking colors i recommend checking out color pallets (ex. coolors.co)#or using multiply/overlay (you make a color base from ex. a ref then put a ex. blue multiply layer on it and bam!)#and really! dont be afraid of experimenting!!!!#sometimes the most random stuff makes the artpiece look better!#ask

A long while ago I was thinking if i shouldnt replace Raph (Vander) with Splinter but I didnt know where I would put Raph in............. hear me out. Raph as Jayce and then Mona would be Mel. I hope I cooked

#doomed yaoi (jayvik) would turn into doomed siblings and i think thats pretty neat too#in this case I think Splinter would be a rat from the start or at least wouldnt get so (understandably) mentally crushed by it#for him to be able to deal with his role as Vander#.....or maybe he wouldnt be a rat at all?#ask#rottmnt x arcane
