Here’s how to make it: Olive oil 4 tomatoes 2 tomatillos 1/2 onion, cut in half 2 jalapeños 1 serrano Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tsp chicken bouillon, to taste Juice from 1 lime, to taste 3 cloves garlic, to taste Handful of cilantro 1. In a large skillet, heat about 1-2 tbsp olive oil over medium/high heat. Once hot, add in your tomatoes, tomatillos, onion, jalapeno, and serrano. You can also add in your garlic at this step as well (leave the peel on). 2. Char for about 10-15 minutes, flipping occassionally so they get charred on all sides. More color equals more flavor. 3.
