Balsamic chicken and veggies
· 1 serving I used: Chicken legs and thighs Green beans Carrots Potatoes Onion Garlic Sauce: 3/4 low sodium chicken broth 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar red pepper flakes Seasonings: Roasted garlic and herb 1 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder 1 teaspoon Onion powder 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon • For this recipe, I chose to remove the skin from my chicken pieces. After removing chicken from pan, add approximately 3 tablespoons of butter to cook down your onions and sauté veggies. I baked at 350F for 1hr 15min. The first 45 minutes covered. The last 30 minutes uncovered.
