Now is the time, in these dark and cold months when the sun is a million miles away, that we can start to craft those beautiful lean muscles. Bicep workouts, along with shoulder and tricep workouts - (more of which to come), are what will get you there. This little routine is a go-to for me once a week. I also get to work my arms through my back workouts as the biceps are a secondary assisting muscle to back work. These isolated, controlled moves done 1-2 a week will work wonders.
