Microwave baked oats
25min · 1 serving Ingredients • 1/3 banana (or 2 tbsp applesauce) • 50 g (1/2 c) quick oats or oat flour • 1/2 to 1 tbsp sweetener of choice • 1 tbsp cocoa powder • 1/3 tsp baking powder • pinch salt • 80 ml (1/3 c) milk of choice • chocolate chips Protein Option • Replace 20 g (1/4 cup) oats with 20 g (1/4 cup) protein powder. Directions⏱ • Add to a microwave safe bowl mashed banana, oats, sweetener of choice, cocoa powder, baking powder, pinch salt and milk. Stir to combine and top with chocolate chips. • Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds to 3 minute. Stop, wait and restart the microwave if the oats flood while cooking. As an alternative you can also bake the oats in hot oven at 180Cº (350Fº) for 20/25 minutes.

Cook it tok your liking and top it with more cheese.   • Toast your bagel if you want to and spread avocado on it.   • Place your cheesy jalapeño eggs onto your bagel to make your sandwich and enjoy.
