Thinking of our WWII veterans the past couple of days. There are very few left. Both my grandfathers served in WWII. The picture is of a George P. Moseley, my paternal grandfather. I created this cherry box and used maple with padauk woods to create the stripes for the flag to honor his memory and the memory of all of our veterans.
