600g / 4 cups plain white flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 packets (7g) instant yeast
50g / 1/4 cup soft light brown sugar
180g/ 3/4 cup milk
40g/ 1/4 cup butter (+ extra to grease tray) @kerrygold_uk
180g / 3/4 cup pumpkin puree 
1 egg 
Filling/ topping:
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
82g / 2/3 cup soft light brown sugar
55g/ 1/4 cup softened butter 
Icing:
25g/ 1/4 cup icing sugar @tateandlylesugars
180g / 3/4 cup cream cheese
 1 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste 

Instructions
Warm the milk until luke warm. Then add to a standing mixer with the sugar, the yeast, the pumpkin, egg and melted butter and whisk together, until creamy.  Add the flour and salt.
