•Ghee - 1tsp
•Dessicated Coconut - 1.5cup
•Milk Powder - 1/2cup
•Cardamom Powder - 2tsp
•Sugar - less than 1/2cup
•Milk - 1/3cup
•Crushed Pistachios & Rose Petals for garnishing

Method
•Heat ghee, add the dessicated coconut & roast until aromatic, in low heat.
•Next, add in the milk powder. Keep on mixing it.
•Put in the cardamom powder, sugar & milk. Mix it until everything comes together.
•Form laddoos & roll it in the crushed pista & rose Diwali Mithai, Mithai Recipe, Crushed Pistachios, Dessicated Coconut, Diwali Snacks, Powder Sugar, Diwali Special, Cardamom Powder, Milk Powder

Ingredients:
Base
- 1/2c almond meal
- 1/2c roasted nuts
- 1/4c cacao or cocoa powder
- 1c pitted dates (soaked in boiling water 10 mins and drained)
- Pinch of salt

Middle
- 1c raw cashews (soaked in boiling water for 15 mins and drained)
- 1c dessicated coconut
- 2/3c @naturescharm coconut whipping cream
- 1/3c maple syrup
- 1/4c coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Top
- 100g chocolate chips
- 1/3c @naturescharm coconut whipping cream

Method:
