I’ve been making lentil crepes in a similar way for a while and I didn’t know these were actually an Indian dish, thanks to you for all the suggestions! 🥰 I love this because its super simple to make, very customisable and its a great way to eat legumes!

Ingredients (serves 4)
1 cup masoor dal - split red lentils
1 piece of ginger
1 green chili
1/2 cup water for blending
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
Additional spices: cumin powder or seeds, turmeric, hing etc
Potential toppings on top: finely chopped onion and tomato, shredded carrot

Method
1. Rinse the lentils 2 or 3 times and soak for at least 4 hours or overnight
