Wrapped the tomato cage with lights  and then cut the mesh ribbon in 12 or 14 inch pieces then gathered it in the middle and secured with pipe cleaner (I put 2 together just because I felt like it looked better fuller.   Then you attach the ribbon to the tomato cage & light string with the pipe cleaner until full enough for you liking (it takes A LOT)  Then I attached head with glue gun Gloves, Christmas balls & poles, with  florist wire and tie scarf around neck.
