1 egg, whisked
1 (5.3 oz) container of light vanilla yogurt (zero sugar)
20g protein powder (I Use Legions Dutch Chocolate Link in bio, Code:AlexJ 
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener
1 tsp baking powder
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the whisked egg, vanilla yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, and baking powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
