Before and After --really ugly paneling and tile. We moved the entire wall. We had to gut the complete inside putting the family room of this ranch in the center of the house with NO windows. Jack was brilliant and vaulted the ceiling and added skylights. #baystreetbungalows #houseflip #remodel #ranchredo #beforeandafter House With No Windows, 1970 House Remodel, Ceiling With Skylights, Ceiling Remodel, Raised House, Vaulted Ceiling Living Room, Urban Loft, Home Addition, Loft Living

Comment “Links” and I’ll send you a DM with links to everything shown! The vaulted ceiling currently gets lost and that’s such a focal point of this room. Belmont Rancher • Owner Builder on Instagram: "🌸☀️One of my most favorite features to our house build?! Vaulted ceilings with exposed fatty beams.

We chose to vault our ceiling in the main room- asymmetrically. Low side is 11’ high side 17’. It’s called a “clerestory roofline” with transom windows facing the south side where the sun arches low on the horizon in the winter.

This ceiling will soon be wood stained tongue + groove planks 🖤 we are actually keeping vaulted tongue + groove + exposed beams throughout the whole house. Some midcentury mixed in with industrial brewery-feeling home. We literally cannot wait.

What’s your favorite feature to your home build?
