If you wash your sprouts, either do it well in advance so there is time to air dry / use salad spinner / pat dry - Brussels sprouts benefit when they’re fully coated/saturated with oil before roasting, especially the inner-side. Using a mixing bowl helps with even coating. Big time! - CONVECTION bake if you have it! Air Frying is a fancy word for convection cooking - cooking with hot circulating air. This will make for a crispier sprout 👌🏼 - IMO, it’s better to underdress than overdress sprouts. Start with a little bit of dressing, mix well and coat sprouts. Julie Lorentzen on Instagram: "cottage cheese cheesy breakfast buns👩🏼‍🍳 450ml water 1 tsp yeast 400g cottage cheese 750g flour 2 tbsp olive oil cheese (we used about 300g for both the dough & topping all together) mix all ingredients together & leave the dough in room temperature for at least 3-4 hours - the dough should double in size! make little rolls, top with cheese & bake at 200 degrees celsius for 15-20 minutes depending on how many rolls you made. these are SO GOOD to batch make if you have little ones, they can be frozen for at least 3 months & whenever you want to use them just pop them in the fridge overnight & then put them in the oven for a couple of minutes when you’re ready to eat🩷"

Only one ingredient for the dough, It’s chewy, buttery, cheesy, and so easy it only takes 5 mins to cook! 🧑‍🍳 RECIPE 👇 Ingredients: - store bought pizza dough, thawed - optional shredded cheese and Carmelized onions 🧅 🧀 Garlic butter: - 3 tbsp melted butter 🧈 - 2 cloves garlic minced 🧄 - 1 tbsp chopped parsley 🌿 - pinch of salt On a lightly floured surface, divide dough into 4 pieces. Roll out dough, and add cheese. Wrap into ball then roll out again into a flatbread. Heat up a cast iron until it’s ripping hot, then add the naan. Pan fry 1-2 mins on each side or until golden brown. Mix garlic butter ingredients together and brush on the naan.

Let it sit for 30 min to hydrate the dough and become stretchy Take all the dough out and knead it in your hands or on a floured work surface. So I’ve been prepping a big batch of this at the start of the week to help me get my day started with a boost of fiber and antioxidants. 😌 Fiber helps support good digestion and the soluble fiber in things like chia seeds has the added benefit of helping reduce cholesterol. Big tip for those not used to eating fiber, start slow and stay hydrated.
