After renting out their California home, this client decided it was time to move back in — but they wanted to give it an interior and exterior facelift before doing so. We were excited to help them with the exterior, and suggested a moody color palette consisting of Benjamin Moore’s Black Beauty on the brick, siding, fascia, soffits, gutters, and trim. We added some warmth with wood elements throughout, including the modern garage doors and porch columns, the decking, and the new front steps.

We went for a sophisticated yet timeless aesthetic. We updated the surface of the house with a few monochromatic shade options and placed new elements that add to the elegant footprint that this house has. We painted the surface Seapearl by @Benjamin Moore, which is a beautiful muted color that brings out the brick texture. As an additional color option, we chose Revere Pewter that is a shade slightly darker. Monochromatic is the way to go with this style of house since it has a lot of interest!
