Your primary chewing muscle is known as masseter muscle and my today's jaw exercise and tips will activate and strengthen this muscle along with the multiple areas of your face including your neck, your face in general, your double chin, your jawline, your cheek bones and your cheek fat. I want you to do this exercise with me and while you do it I will be giving you some amazing tips precautions and information that will be extremely helpful to transform your face naturally because face yoga face exercises and face massage techniques are all non invasive they are way more powerful than any Botox or surgeries so get ready to keep your facial muscles engaged keep your eyes and ears open as we begin open your mouth wide and bring your lower jaw up and down for up to 3 minutes. Remember don't over do the stretch. It is very important to understand what not to do before you do any exercise. In order to get rid of one problem, I don't want you to develop a new problem. So do this. And not this. This exercise will also help you get some relief if you have any kind of pain in your jaw. Just remember to do this exercise slowly and gently and not do it rapidly in a hope to develop your jawline faster or quicker. Gentle movement will increase your jaw mobility and healing. It brings more blood into your face which improves your blood circulation. So I want you to do this exercise for three to five minutes at a stretch twice or may be even try a day. To tell you the truth when I am out on a walk I am doing these face exercises under my mask and noone even knows it. So as long as you have face exercises on your agenda. You can perform them anywhere. Also remember not to contract the rest of your face while you are doing this exercise. You don't want to invite wrinkles in your other parts trying to make the lower part of your face more attractive. Here comes a great tip to getting more even jawline on both sides of your face. Stop chewing gum. When you chew gum, you are mostly engaging one side of your jaw for hours. I can clearly tell people who chew gum often just by seeing their asymmetrical faces. I strongly suggest that you perform these exercises for the first few times in front of a mirror so you know your form is as I have guided in the so when you are doing this one exercise you are actually working on multiple muscles at the same time now once you are done performing this exercise just like when you are at the gym working out on different body muscles you shake a muscle out after you complete multiple repetitions of any exercise similarly you would massage your jaw to relax your muscles in a circular motion so hold your jaw between your fingers and area around your ears and rotate it gently rubbing the muscles next to your ears and in your jawline. If you have any kind of pre-existing severe pains in your jaw then before you start these exercises I recommend consulting your dentist.
