There’s various ways and methods to can meat; here’s the recipe I followed in this video: INGREDIENTS: 🧂 -1 pound of raw ground beef for every pint size jar (or 2 pounds for every quart jar) -1/2 tsp pickling salt for every pint jar (1 tsp for quarts) -hot water or broth INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Prepare your pressure canner by adding 3 quarts of water to it and begin hearing it up. 2) Prepare jars; I usually keep mine submerged in hot water until I’m ready to pack them. 3) Brown meat to about medium well. 4) Strain off fat. 5) Pack meat into jars,
