Now I'm going to mix that up a little bit before we get anymore so we don't get too much in it and not be able to stir it up. And did we say the bow tie pasta was chilled? Yes it's cold. You always rinse when you mix it in a salad like this. Mhm. Cuz you don't want the salad to a will. No. Then we're going to take two cups of romaine lettuce. Mhm. We're using this kind market side leafy romaine. Okay. Got it in there. Now we're going to take a bag. Five ounce bag of these Caesar croutons. Ooh that looks good. Yeah. Whoa. A lot of noises in your kitchen today. This'll be a nice little pasta salad. Mhm. With our dinner, our chicken maybe. And now you're going to take a any creamy Caesar. It don't have to be this brand. But any 12 ounces of it. This is a 16 so we won't need almonds. That's a lot of dressing no matter what right? Yes Yummy you can use it. However you can add however much you want. And I think you probably need to put some and toss it. Mhm. And see where we're at. Yes. Yeah. That way you won't get it too boom. What's your favorite kind of salad dressing? That simmer on here for a few minutes. Alright, looks good. Okay, we're going to have this set aside. While we make the butter. Mmm. Okay, we're going to take one can of cream-style corn. Mm hmm. Dump that in a bowl. With one cup of whole milk. Mm hmm. A half a cup of vegetable oil and 2 eggs. We're going to combine this all first. Now, now we're going to add one cup of self-rising cornmeal. Three tablespoons of all-purpose flour, one teaspoon of baking soda and one teaspoon of salt. Okay, we're going to combine all this up. Okay, now what you're going to do is take half of this batter poured in a nine by thirteen grease casserole dish. So, we're going to take this. Do half in here. Make this a little bit more. Mm hmm. Okay. Now, you're going to take cheddar cheese. Mm hmm. I've got four cups here. We're going to put two cups on now. Okay? Mhm. Then you're going to take your hamburger mixture and add it mixed. All of it? All of it. Mm. And I can just turn it over Now we did two pounds of meat but you can do one. Yes you can use one but we thought we might just have some good old meat in here. Yeah I mean it looks pretty good. Okay, once you've got the meat on there with your jalapenos and onions, you're going to take your other two cups of cheddar cheese. Mm hmm. Put it on there. So you got four cups of cheese on the recipe. Dang it looks good. Okay and the last thing you're going to do pat it down a bit. You're going to add the remaining of your butter. Mhm. On top. Okay, we'll take our spatula. Get all scooped out. Out of there. Spread it out. Now this will have to cook for about a hour. Mhm. On 350. But then you'll have a good casserole for dinner tonight. Looks good. Let's try a bite of this. Okay. Let's try here. Sure. Oh it comes out perfectly. Oh look at that melted cheese. Mm. And the jalapenos in there. Mhm. Got her Kim. Okay we got some peony pasta. We're going to pour it in our dish. Wow. And then two cups of water. These are just some one dump meals. Mhm. And then we're going to take some pepperoni. 5 ounce package. Well you just can dump dump it in there but not quite like that. Mhm. Well if we can get it out. I think it's tough to get out ain't it? It is not. Okay then you're just going to kind of spread that out. Spread that out. It's quite a few pepperonis. Mhm. Okay then we're going to take a bag of meatballs. Mhm. Italian And our pan is loading up. It is loading up quick. So we got the penny pasta and the meatballs. Okay. Then we're going to take two jars of the chunky ragu sauce. Interesting. Okay. And mix it together. We did put a pan underneath this pan. Just in case it like overflows. Yeah as well. This is just a heavy. Yeah. You got a lot of ingredients. Any certain way you should pour this or you just kind of dump it. No I'm just you're dumping it. Now there's no special way. Now I'm going to take some Italian seasoning and dust it on top. Sheesh. And some crushed red pepper. My favorite. I love a little spice. Okay now you just take a spoon of whatever you have. You just kind of mix it up just a little bit. It doesn't need a whole lot. Just to kind of get stuff coated in there. Cheezes. Mm. Don't ask me to read all these cheese names. So all of those right there. That's a little hard for me. This finely shredded is nice. This is nice cheese. Then we're going to bake it at 350 for 55 minutes. Wowsers. Kim. Look at them balls. You got this is the one with the balls and the pea pasta, right? And the pepperonis, yes. Then we want a jar of black beans but we did drain them and rinse them before I got them in the bowl. A bag of frozen corn and I just picked up the golden white. It doesn't matter. It can be all yellow. Make sure to chew your corn well because it's hard to digest. Then you're going to put in 12 corn tortillas that you've quartered. I've already got them quartered. Oh this is this is I just found this. So now we're going to combine all this together. Let's just add we got a little bit more chicken broth here. Let's add a little bit more. Yeah let's just put that in there so we don't want no dry. Uh we don't. Now we also we have to have Monterey Jack cheese need half of it in here now. Mm. So we're going to put half of it. So we have some baby spinach that is ready to eat. Going right on top of our tortellini. That is one box of our Philadelphia cream cheese. Just original. We have one can of petite diced tomatoes. This is no salt added. I'm going for a healthy heart option here. Oh wow. This is so colorful. I love the tomatoes. Beautiful burst of color. And I have some caprizzi chicken sausage. Just adding these little chunks here. You can keep these whole if you prefer. A little bit already has all this great flavor in them. Mhm. Yeah the caprizzi has the cheese, the mozzarella cheese, and the tomato basil in there. Italian yumminess. So good. And you can use any kind of sausage you'd like. Or you can just omit this if you want to make it vegetarian. Great. Bringing in four cloves of garlic. Again, we're getting that little healthy burst there. Yes. And one sweet onion. You can use any onion you'd like or you can use red onion or just omit the onion if you don't love the onion. I love the onion and I love the sweet onion. Mm hmm. I agree. Next, we're going to add a little bit of onion powder a little bit of basil to really bring out the flavor of the sausages. Beautiful. And we don't really have any of this yet so we're going to bring in some garlic powder. This smells incredible. Mm hmm. Some black pepper. Oh yes. That's my favorite. Me too. I like I think it really goes really well with tortellini personally. Agreed. Mm hmm. And some Italian herb. Getting that grinder going on. All that combo in there. I love it. Wow. This is going to be the most flavorful dinner and it's easy. It's just one of those things. You can just set it and leave it delicious. And then we're going to add a little bit of salt. But I'm actually going to omit this because I want to be heart healthy. Mm. And to cook up those tortellini. You're not going to cook all by themselves. We're going to add two cups of our chicken broth. You can use veggie broth or beef broth. So it's going to be about half of this container. Delicious. Yummy. And if you want to make it more like a soup, you can use the whole container. Okay, last but not least, we're going to add some shredded cheese. I'm using a chef's blend which is cheddar, gouda, and asiago but you can use all cheddar or all mozzarella or just an Italian blend if you'd like but I love the gouda. It's extra gouda. Give it a nice spread there. Okay. We're going to give this a lid here. We're going to turn this to high and we will be back with our dinner. Wow. Okay, so I had this cooking for about two hours and then I did give it a little stir just to make sure that all of the cream cheese gets incorporated with the rest of the dish and then I let it cook for another 30 minutes. So, this is about two and a half hours in total. This is looking incredible. I love this consistency. I actually want to make it a little bit more like soup. So, I'm going to add the rest of our chicken broth. So, it's going to be four in total. So, I did two cups before to help it cook and I'm going to add another two cups to make it soup. Yummy. Give it a little toss. I love those little sausages in there. Wow. So creamy. So creamy. Very comfort food. This is delicious. Let's eat some. Scrumptious. I love tortellini. Next, add half a chopped red onion, a cup of chopped green beans, Also a cup of chopped carrots, half a red, green and yellow bell bell pepper. We're going to start off by putting 12 slices of cheese over each hole. So, we're going to start with some Kojack. We have some provolone for the back and again, six pieces of provolone. Now, we're going to go ahead and take a cup or a cookie cutter and you're going to just go over, press it down, twist, and it gives it the perfect cut out. So, we're going to ahead and pop that. Give it a little press, little twist. That's what we're looking for. We also once we have them all cut in circles, we're actually going to go ahead and take these all out. So, we're going to stack em and we're actually going to set these to the cybers. We are going to need these for later. Now, have our crescent rolls we're going to go ahead and open those up now what you want to do is you want to open it without unrolling them it's very important that you don't unroll them okay we put this down just like this and we have this melted butter we're going to take some granulated garlic and we're going to sprinkle that in we're going to go ahead and mix that up and we're going to set this aside we're going to need this for later so with the rolls we're going to cut them in half and then each half can get three rolls so one two more cuts and what we can do from now is we take them we kind of open them up unroll them okay once you have them all rolled out and across the baking dish we're going to come back this butter we made this garlic butter and we're just going to brush one side lightly of the rolls okay this is going to give you some flavor that you can't get any other way and let me tell you it's going to also make them not stick we're actually going to roll them back up the butter side out so but not as tight so kind of a light roll you're going to notice the butters on the outside just set that to the tin and we're going to keep doing this and repeating the process until the entire is full of these. Once we have them all in the tin, we're actually going to go ahead and kind of spread them out with your hand just like this. So kind of get them all spread out so they're kind of reaching the edges. So we have this Philadelphia Whipped Original Cream Cheese. This is the better stuff because it's already kind of smooth. We're going to take a little bit of that and we're going to place it right there and there's a little bit into each one on the corners and we have some pizza sauce. So you can use any pizza sauce you want. We're going to take a little bit of that and kind of put it the middle of there, okay? Just enough to get a little color in there. Now, we're going to set this aside and get on to the next step. I now have this amazing pizza seasoning. You can use any seasoning you want but this I find pizza seasoning works the best. We got some cottage cheese. You can use ricotta cheese. It doesn't matter. We're going to take a little bit of that and put on the other side of the sauce. Now, have our crescent rolls we're going to go ahead and open those up now what you want to do is you want to open it without unrolling them it's very important that you don't unroll them okay we put this down just like this and we have this melted butter we're going to take some granulated garlic and we're going to sprinkle that in we're going to go ahead and mix that up and we're going to set this aside we're going to need this for later so with the rolls we're going to cut them in half and then each half can get three rolls so one two more cuts and what we can do from now is we take them we kind of open them up unroll them okay once you have them all rolled out and across the baking dish we're going to come back this butter we made this garlic butter and we're just going to brush one side lightly of the rolls okay this is going to give you some flavor that you can't get any other way and let me tell you it's going to also make them not stick we're actually going to roll them back up the butter side out so but not as tight so kind of a light roll you're going to notice the butters on the outside just set that to the tin and we're going to keep doing this and repeating the process until the entire is full of these. Once we have them all in the tin, we're actually going to go ahead and kind of spread them out with your hand just like this. So kind of get them all spread out so they're kind of reaching the edges. So we have this Philadelphia Whipped Original Cream Cheese. This is the better stuff because it's already kind of smooth. We're going to take a little bit of that and we're going to place it right there and there's a little bit into each one on the corners and we have some pizza sauce. So you can use any pizza sauce you want. We're going to take a little bit of that and kind of put it the middle of there, okay? Just enough to get a little color in there. Now, we're going to set this aside and get on to the next step. I now have this amazing pizza seasoning. You can use any seasoning you want but this I find pizza seasoning works the best. We're going to go ahead and give it a nice sprinkle. Okay, be generous with it. We're going to make sure we get every single little one. We're going to go ahead and hit up all the cheeses today. We got some cottage cheese. You can use ricotta cheese. It doesn't matter. We're going to take a little bit of that and put on the other side of the sauce.
