934K views · 4.1K reactions | Chocolate covered pumpkin bites 😏 𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨: - 1/2 cup pumpkin puree - 1/4 cup peanut butter - 1 cup Greek yogurt - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice - 1/4 tsp vanilla extract - Chopped nuts (optional) - 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks - 1 tsp coconut oil 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨: 1. Mix pumpkin puree, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract in a bowl. 2. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, add nuts (if desired), and freeze for 1-2 hours. 3. Melt chocolate and coconut in 30 second increments until melted 4. Dip frozen bites in melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper. 5.
