Friend Styling - Ajak

Ajak’s styles are skater girl, soft girl and y2k. She also enjoys streetwear. AJ wants to start incorporating more colour into her wardrobe and would like to see some different colour combinations that would suit her well and that can be worn nicely when put together. I am going to keep the looks casual and wearable so that they can be worn in everyday life but add a pop of colour into this board for inspiration. I think that brighter colours will make her skin pop. Keeping all of these things in mind, I will curate the board specifically for her and her style. Some styling advice for AJ: White - The colour white is very angelic like when worn with dainty dresses or tie cardigans. Brown - Browns are very in at the moment, play around with a few different shades to see what you like best. I think chocolate brown can add class to an outfit. Green & Pink - The green and pink colour combination was very early 2000’s but I can slowly see it coming back as the y2k trend is also starting to be revived. It’s a fun combination that looks great together. Pastels & Bright Colours - Using colour in an outfit can dress it up and make your skin pop. Even wearing an oversized shirt that’s white with a coloured print on it can make the outfit stand out more. Prints - Much like colour, prints whether large and bold or small and barely noticeable can change a whole outfit. Having large prints, specifically on pants can make a whole outfit pop, stand out and look really fun. Jewellery: Gold jewellery makes darker skin pop and silver jewellery makes lighter skin pop. Building up jewellery is a really fun way to accessorise and outfit, chunky jewellery is also another great way to do this. Chunky jewellery is so fun.
