And stimming is a behavior that is characterised by repetitive motions, noises or use of objects. In this blog post today I’m going to be talking all about what stimming is, why people engage in these behaviours and the benefits of them. I hope that this blog post will help you to have a deeper understanding of stimming behaviors and appreciate why you may see your students (or children at home) stimming.
