They’re perfect for... | By Tonya Life | Guys know I am down about 230 pounds. Every week I make a protein forward sweet treat because I love sweets. I have never felt deprived on my weightloss journey because I make healthy substitutions. So this week's sweet treat is going to be pumpkin caramel cheesecake protein pudding. All you need is a pumpkin spice protein shake. You can find those at Sam's and then I'm going to do just a couple tablespoons. If it doesn't get thick I'm going to end up adding more. But I usually just start with about a couple tablespoons of the sugar-free cheesecake jello pudding mix. And then just a splash of whatever pumpkin skinny syrup you have. This is going to be to sweeten it up. I'm using pumpkin pumpkin caramel scone y'all. It's so good. So just a two little splashes of that. Let me get my mixer. Alright so I'm just mixing it up and I use a hand mixer because every time I try to use like a blender. It gets foamy and I don't like that. So you're just going to mix it until it gets thick. Alright it's been about 3 minutes. And it is finally thick. So you can see like how thick it is. Pretty thick. Now you're just going to grab your container and here is where the caramel comes in, okay? I like to just put caramel all in the container. If you put these, this is a skinny sauce. If you put these in the fridge, they get a little bit thicker because some people say they're like worry. They're fine for me. I love them just like that and you're going to put your pumpkin cheesecake protein pudding in the container. You can see it's in there with the caramel. I'm just going to take my spoon and just swirl that salted caramel into it. Y'all this is what makes this is what makes it. This is one of my favorite protein puddings ever. You can go ahead and eat it just like this if you want to. I put mine in the fridge and let it set up even more. But here is the bite right here. A little bit of protein puddings. This a nap. The salted caramel and this so stinking good. Oh my gosh. I gotta get all that. That's the only problem with the protein puddings. Oh my gosh. Salted caramel pumpkin cheesecake protein pudding. The more protein you can get in this, the better. You don't want to overfill it and this right here will make two. I'm just going to make one today. You're going to just fill up the tortilla just like that. Kinda get it to the edge. Leave a little bit of a gap, okay? And you're going to fold your tortilla over. Okay, just a little bit of this in a bowl, just a tiny amount and you're just going to take, where's my dill? You're going to take this and you're just going to brush a tortilla with it because we're going to put this in the air fryer. And you're just going to go just like that. Press it down. Now you're going to take your cinnamon and you're just going to sprinkle it on top. And we're going to go over here to the air fryer. Alright she's in. Put it on cake and let her cook. She is done you guys. Look how this over here. You guys. I'm just sprinkling on a little bit of Swerve Confectioner sugar. Just to sweeten it up a bit. You can wait till it cools a little bit and let the filling set up a little bit but y'all I've never been one to wait. When is the last time that you've had applepie and you were actually on a weightloss journey? Today. Today's the answer. Oh it's hot. Please don't run my mouth. Oh. Y'all. Less than 100 calories.
