Now, instead of water, we're doing one cup of milk. You're following all the instructions on there but you're changing out the milk and the water or the water for the milk and instead of oil, you're putting in 1/ 3 cup of butter, melting butter, right? Now, it always calls for eggs, right? Three eggs. No, nope. We're doing 4 eggs. I'm putting these eggs in here. Already beat a little bit, okay? Now, here's the real thing. Here's the thing that you want to put in there. Take a look. We got some some lemon jello pudding that we're putting in here y'all. Okay? This right here, this going to make a huge, huge difference and then, of course, if you love lemon, you gotta put in some lemon extract. About, you know, maybe a teaspoon, you know, just a, oh, maybe a little bit more because I love it so much, okay? Now, mix this together. Doesn't that look delicious, creamy. We're going to use a bundt pan here. Okay? Just put it in there. Oh, look at that there. I'm excited about this. Now, make sure to obviously, you know, you want to make sure you you spray your pan, okay? I did liberally because often times, I forget and and then, you know, depending on how long you're going to bake it. Y'all y'all know this but you have to look at the back of the box, right? Because like a bump cake or a bump pan takes longer. So, this will be about thirty, five, maybe 40 minutes at 350. Mister Hobbs wants some of this but I'm sorry buddy. It's a cake. You can't have any of this. I'm so sorry, okay? Take a look at this y'all. Look at that. Does that not look beautiful? Alright. I haven't I let it cool. But I have not done this yet. So let's see. Let's see if that worked out. Take a look at that there. Oh my goodness. It's beautiful y'all. It is so pretty. Let's dive in here. Make sure to scrape the edges because you don't want to miss any of that delicious flavor. Next, move in to your second ingredient with a classic yellow cake. This is the Duncan Hines moist cake. I give it a quick little mix before I come in with my hand mixer and blend everything together. Takes about three minutes to fully incorporate everything and then you have a nice, thick, delicious lemon cake powder. It's perfectly sweet and full of flavor. Once you have your batter fully mixed, go ahead and grab one whole container of blueberries. This is the eight ounce container and I just fold those delicious plump jersey blueberries right into that cake batter. Pull in my bundt pan. I have greased and lightly floured my bun pan so that none of my batter is going to stick and it will easily release once it's cold. Throw this in the oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes until it's a nice golden brown color. Make sure to watch it. Now that it's cooled slightly, I'm going to flip my bundt pan right on to my serving dish and add a little bit of powdered sugar and you are ready to serve. You can certainly add two eggs and some poppy seeds to this cake to create a less fluffy texture and a more unique flavor. I hope you enjoy. Yummy.
