Soya Makhmali Kebab Ingredients 1 cup soya granules 2 cups hot water 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic green chilli paste 1 tsp ghee 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander 1 cup bread crumbs Pinch of black pepper 1.5 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp aamchur powder Salt to taste 2 chopped onions Oil to fry & roast Ghee to spread on palms so the kebabs dont stick Method First soak the soya granules in hot water & cover. Let this rest for 10 mins & then sieve the soft granules out. Put oil in a small kadhai and once hot add the onions until golden brown. Sieve & make sure the oil is not there. In a blender add the soya, fried onions & ginger garlic paste, blend until you get keema like
