The purpose of this paper is to explore the concept of community engagement in supporting sustain... more The purpose of this paper is to explore the concept of community engagement in supporting sustainability in the context of small-scale fisheries in maritime sector. This paper qualitatively analyzes the opinions of selected fishermen to voice their community engagement in supporting sustainable fishing efforts. The main issues are illustrated using qualitative study-based data from a focus group discussion and interviews with fishermen who understand the rules and regulations. Evidence shows that the sea is positioned as a common-pool-resources. The community engagement in utilizing the sea raises awareness and volunteerism to work together to create value. This paper concludes that the role of maritime stakeholders of the village in providing their effort has been quite effective in engaging villagers in simple community activities, such as consulting with them on various issues to empowering community capacity to support fisheries sustainability. The advance of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at Higher Education Institution (HE... more The advance of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at Higher Education Institution (HEI) has moved beyond decision support system as it has now become an important intellectual capital asset that will determine the sustainable competitive advantage. The collection of information from internal resources through knowledge management (KM) has been regarded as one of the prominent sources to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. The implementation of KM was not substantial enough as it was expected, while precious information still scattered around the organization and yet organized and collected as it was supposed to be. Therefore, we surveyed HEI's students and faculty members to obtain their perception on the role of Blockchain technology as well as for them to voluntarily share their knowledge freely but still regarded as rightful owner of the intellectual capital. Through the current study, we found that KM positively influences Sustainable Competitive Advantage and Blockchain is aptly proposed to become an intervening variable for sustainable competitive advantage.

Firm value reflects the market price of the stock that investors are able to pay. CGPI, ROA, NIM ... more Firm value reflects the market price of the stock that investors are able to pay. CGPI, ROA, NIM and LDR are factors thought to influence PBV. Panel data regression analysis with the common effect model is used to analyze the influence between variables with the object of research by BUMN Banks in Indonesia. There are four banks in the population, all of which are sampled, namely Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI), Bank Tabungan Negara (BBTN) and Bank Mandiri (BMRI). The research period is from 2011 to 2020. The results showed that CGPI, ROA and NIM have a positive and significant effect, while LDR has a negative and significant effect on PBV.

The background of the paper was aimed to explore the concept of value co-creation in supporting sustainability in the context of the electricity system expert’s role. The paper qualitatively analyzed the opinions of selected experts to voice their co-creation thought in supporting sustainability. With the main focus on the social, economic, and environmental aspects as the triple-bottom-line (TBL) of sustainability as value, the discussion considered co-creation in collaboration activities in the domain of the national electricity system. Tenets of keyword search and fit analysis were used to review the term of crowdfunding. It was used to reveal the ambiguity and variations in the literature, and to create a mapping for further research. This research explored and tried to form a corridor for crowdfunding according to business models, intermediary platforms, the planned strategy, the emergence of risks and decisions, regulation and governance, the value creation, and other thingssuch as humanitarian and other non-financial matter. The result shows that research in the business models of crowdfunding platform and successful strategy is the preferred topics. Then, it mostly comes from European and North America according to the number of publications.

Using descriptive statistics on the answers of 794 respondents, who were students of Bina Nusantara University, produced a variety of results. Based on entrepreneurial knowledge, students still felt hesitant to be able to start and run the entrepreneurial process. On the other hand, self-efficacy and personal attitude reflect a positive thing associated, while the support of family and the environment around where they livevalued invariety. Although this research discovered phenomenon using all the attributes having impacts on entrepreneurship intention, potential students who are properly trained have a probability of playing a leading role in this regard. Undertaken deep interview as a method, it was reviewing the training and development programs of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Cabang Pasar Klewer di Surakarta (BNI CPKS) that covered the nature of training and development programs, training and development process, and behavioral aspects of the process. This research used the qualitative approach, consisted of literature theories and previous researches also explored analysis from the author by deep interview to 15 employees including management level of existing company's unit/ departments. The analysis was undertaken through collecting data first, presenting the training and development programs and then comparing them with the relevant theories. By having a well-implemented training and development programs, it was hoped that the effort would result from the accomplishment of short-term, midterm, and long-term goals of the company. As the conclusion, the work of training and development programs at BNI CPKS in overall is considered poor. The Human Resource Management, which is under administration level has no right to run its main responsibilities, which are to coordinate and arrange company's training and development programs. Almost process of training and development program is set by central (Jakarta) or regional (Semarang) office. In addition, the behavioral aspect negatively affects to the training and development programs of BNI CPKS, inducing all management levels to participate the training and developments programs as a formality.

The paper expresses its contribution as a conceptual model from the stakeholders and resources view that provides benefits for the transition to sustainability in the electricity sector. Further research will complement the role of experts in providing empirically confirmed uses.

This challenge has been applied to electrical experts whose central role is complicated by the potential for stranded assets, intermittence paradigms, and new system planning patterns as well as electricity operational patterns. This paper uses quantitative methods to explain the importance of expert engineers' technopreneurial orientation to promote the sustainable use of electricity. The ability of expert engineers to collaborate by prioritizing dialogue that provides shared access and transparency in risk-taking is a critical aspect that strengthens the effect of the energy transition to sustainability. The experts' adoption of the three aspects of the modified trilemma index of energy, energy security, energy equity, and environmental sustainability reflects the increasing sense of achievement sustainability in the electricity sector.

Using descriptive statistics on the answers of 794 respondents, who were students of Bina Nusantara University, produced a variety of results. Based on entrepreneurial knowledge, students still felt hesitant to be able to start and run the entrepreneurial process. On the other hand, self-efficacy and personal attitude reflect a positive thing associated, while the support of family and the environment around where they livevalued invariety. Although this research discovered phenomenon using all the attributes having impacts on entrepreneurship intention, potential students who are properly trained have a probability of playing a leading role in this regard. Undertaken deep interview as a method, it was reviewing the training and development programs of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Cabang Pasar Klewer di Surakarta (BNI CPKS) that covered the nature of training and development programs, training and development process, and behavioral aspects of the process. This research used the qualitative approach, consisted of literature theories and previous researches also explored analysis from the author by deep interview to 15 employees including management level of existing company's unit/ departments. The analysis was undertaken through collecting data first, presenting the training and development programs and then comparing them with the relevant theories. By having a well-implemented training and development programs, it was hoped that the effort would result from the accomplishment of short-term, midterm, and long-term goals of the company. As the conclusion, the work of training and development programs at BNI CPKS in overall is considered poor. The Human Resource Management, which is under administration level has no right to run its main responsibilities, which are to coordinate and arrange company's training and development programs. Almost process of training and development program is set by central (Jakarta) or regional (Semarang) office. In addition, the behavioral aspect negatively affects to the training and development programs of BNI CPKS, inducing all management levels to participate the training and developments programs as a formality.

Tenets of keyword search and fit analysis were used to review the term of crowdfunding. It was used to reveal the ambiguity and variations in the literature, and to create a mapping for further research. This research explored and tried to form a corridor for crowdfunding according to business models, intermediary platforms, the planned strategy, the emergence of risks and decisions, regulation and governance, the value creation, and other things such as humanitarian and other non-financial matter. The result shows that research in the business models of crowdfunding platform and successful strategy is the preferred topics. Then, it mostly comes from European and North America according to the number of publications.

The energy transition which is taking place to cause sustainability in the electricity system has... more The energy transition which is taking place to cause sustainability in the electricity system has become one of the highest priorities discussed globally. The background of the paper was aimed to explore the concept of value co-creation in supporting sustainability in the context of the electricity system expert's role. The paper qualitatively analyzed the opinions of selected experts to voice their co-creation thought in supporting sustainability. With the main focus on the social, economic, and environmental aspects as the triple-bottom-line (TBL) of sustainability as value, the discussion considered co-creation in collaboration activities in the domain of the national electricity system. The main issues were illustrated using qualitative study data from an in-depth interview and focus group discussion. The results show that there is a lack of connectedness of thought to utilize collaborative thinking as a shared resource. This creates a gap in thinking to complement reciprocal. The paper expresses its contribution as a conceptual model from the stakeholders and resources view that provides benefits for the transition to sustainability in the electricity sector. Further research will complement the role of experts in providing empirically confirmed uses.

This challenge has been applied to electrical experts whose central role is complicated by the potential for stranded assets, intermittence paradigms, and new system planning patterns as well as electricity operational patterns. This paper uses quantitative methods to explain the importance of expert engineers' technopreneurial orientation to promote the sustainable use of electricity. The ability of expert engineers to collaborate by prioritizing dialogue that provides shared access and transparency in risk-taking is a critical aspect that strengthens the effect of the energy transition to sustainability. The experts' adoption of the three aspects of the modified trilemma index of energy, energy security, energy equity, and environmental sustainability reflects the increasing sense of achievement sustainability in the electricity sector.
