Furthermore, after the Covid-19 Pandemic, it provides motivation to examine the readiness of students in face-to-face learning after the Covid-19 Pandemic. This article aims to determine the readiness of students in changing online learning to face-to-face learning after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a mixed methods research, where strengthening the results of the research hypothesis using qualitative data from interviews with respondents selected based on certain criteria from the questionnaire results. This paper also attempts to find out the mediating role of OCB and job stress in this context. A confirmatory survey was conducted on 316 employees of several institutions in Indonesia who worked from home during Covid-19 for a minimum period of 2 months. The research revealed that 1) PC has significant and positive influence on OCB and performance;2) Self resilience have positive and significant influence on performance;3) PC and self-resilience have a negative influence on job stress;4) there are insignificant relationship between self-resilience on OCB;OCB and job stress on performance;5) PC and self-resilience have no indirect influence on performance through OCB and job stress. The purpose of this study is to investigate formal justice which consis ts of distributive and procedural justice in explaining job satisfaction and continuance commitment in organizations. The respondents of this study are employees from private small and medium business sector. The number of questionnaires obtained and could be used as many as 215 questionnaires. Hypothesis test results show that there is a significant positive relationship between procedural justice toward job satisfaction and also continu ance commitment through job satisfaction , whereas d istributive justice positively influences continu ance commitment. This quantitative research had a total sampling technique of 100 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires which were then processed using the IBM SPSS 26 application. The results indicated that the variables of extensive training, selection and recruitment, and reward and compensation had a positive and significant impact on work engagement. The respondents of this study were 124 social organization members in DIY. The approach used in this research was survey, while the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The analysis tool used in this study was structural equation modeling with AMOS software. Result shows that 1) CEO ethical leadership and supervisor ethical leadership has significant correlation with either organizational trust or supervisor trust; 2) supervisor trust has significant correlation with organizational commitment, 3) CEO ethical leadership and supervisor ethical leadership have correlation with organizational commitment with supervisor trust mediator.
