20 Minute Full Body Sculpt | no equipment workout
This full body sculpt is a 20 minute no equipment workout. It is beginner friendly and apartment friendly as there are no jumping exercises.
Beginner Abs and Arm Workout With Dumbbells | Shy Girl Workout
Join me for this 30 minute arms and abs workout with dumbbells! We will start with an upper body warm-up and then go into the low impact strength portion of the workout using 10lb dumbbells. Be warned that this workout will have your arms shaking by the end and your abs on fire too! I would recommend doing this 2 times a week and you will notice how much stronger you feel over time. :)
 

This upper body warm up is the perfect warmup before arm day, chest day, back day, or shoulder day! I use a long resistance band for the mobility exercises but you don’t need to! I demonstrate how to do the exercises without a band on my YouTube channel: Audrey Koomar
