Here are the dimensions I used in our kitchen, as well as the industry standard. I hope this helps! KITCHEN DIMENSIONS Countertop Height: 36” Countertop to Table (or Island): 43” Industry standard is 36” plus, but I would recommend a minimum of 40” plus. Backsplash (under window): 6” Backsplash (above range) 16” to top of shelf. Shelf Depth: 4.25” - My fabricator did not recommend going beyond this without additional support. Countertop Depth: 25” Countertop Overhang: 1/2” - I wanted a tighter, more modern look for the overhang. I love that you can see the full face frame and I highly recommend a small overhang as opposed to the 1.5” “standard”. Countertop to Penda
