So I'm using some of these glass candle holders from Dollar Tree and this sign from Hobby Lobby. I started by removing the stickers from the bottom of the candle holders and then cleaning each of them. I then took these stickers. I also got from Dollar Tree and I placed one on each of my candle holder. I used 4 total. And I'm just spelling out the word home. After the stickers are placed down, I use a sponge and applied French linen chalk paint by Folkart covering the entire outside of the candle holders and I'm giving them full coverage. After I have all of those completely dry, I take my heating tool and heat back up the sticker so it's easier to remove. Then just use my razor blade to peel it up and remove all of those stickers. And there was a little bit of bleeding through underneath the sticker so I take some nail polish remover on a Q tip and just remove any of the excess paint within each of the letters. I then take Mod Podge and sponge on a layer of that covering everything I painted. Next I'm taking this sign that I got from Hobby Lobby. You can probably find something that would work for you from Dollar Tree. But this is what I had so I went with this and it's about 15 by five and a half. I removed the hanger from it because I don't need it to hang. And then whitewash the entire thing. I just use a baby wipe and apply some ivory color chalk paint. And that's by Waverly. And I just get that one quick coat. Next I place down each of my candle holders making sure to spell out the word home and get them spaced evenly. And then take these pebbles that I also got from Dollar Tree and place them all around all of the glass candle holders. And then place in LED candles into each of those. That is it for this project.
