I've flipped them all over to slide on the top rail. All the original hardware was then just flipped over to work as normal. . . . In addition, I welded tie style field fencing to the inside to keep them in and predators out. Barb wire can be added around the top if deemed necessary or if used for chickens. In the top corners, I welded in tabs and cross braces to keep everything square going around corners. Along with 1 3/8 pipe braces where the panels connect in the middle, so they don't flex inwards . . . Their hut and water bowls are just mounted to the front panel with chain/wire so that they drag along when moved. Out front, I've welded some heavy duty chain that hook's on to the scoop I hauled feed and water with. Our mighty little 1948 Ferguson TO20 supplies the grunt to get it all through the field. . . . This was a napkin sketch type of build that was out of the norm of any past projects. I learned a lot along the way and have plenty of things I will do differently "next time."
