Breakfast bombs stacked, the top is cut open showing the filling of the breakfast bomb. The top image is the assembly, showing the buttermilk biscuits, eggs, cheese, and cooke sausage.

If you need a jumpstart to your day, look no further than this recipe. It starts with buttermilk biscuits, and then each is filled with the classic breakfast combination of sausage, eggs, and cheese. As the name implies, the Breakfast Bombs are bursting with flavor and energy to get you through the morning (or at least close…). Plus, they are easy to put together and can also be made in an air fryer!

Kristin Twomey ⭐️ on Instagram: "BREAKFAST PREP FOR KIDS ✨ (for anyone, really). For our egg bites we use:
12 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, 8oz diced ham, salt/pep/garlic powder. Bake in a greased muffin tin at 350 for 25 mins.
.
If you make the yogurt pops, take them out of the freezer a little bit before you want to have them so they’re not extremely frozen. 30 mins or so usually does the trick.
.
The veggie/fruit chopper is on sale for 50% off today & linked in my bio under “as seen on IG/TikTok” (first link). I use this for so many things & its ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
