This is kinda dangerous and you really shouldn't do it for prolonged periods... just remember that you won't be completely flat and WILL have a tiny chest that looks like pecks, do not, I repeat DO NOT make your bandage so tight that you can't breath... also make sure you use a stretchy bandage that does not have any padding on it. Please never wrap your chest with ace bandages or other elastic wraps. It only ever leads to broken rips or breathing problems, to deformed ribs and other problems. I know that binder are expensive, but they are much healthier.
