🌟To perform a cartwheel, you need plenty of power and good extension. Encourage the gymnast to kick forcefully and stretch the cartwheel to make it long and fluid.

🌟Another frequent error is placing their hands in the wrong direction. Their hands must be placed sideways, and on the same side of their dominant leg.
