inspired by areyes these are my version using high protein chicken sausages to create a prepable, filling and balanced breakfast or lunch. Stuff the pita breads with the mince and grill on both sides, finishing in the oven or air fryer if needed. serve with creamy avocdo for a ultrasatifying meal.

1 wholemeal pita bread
1 medium tomato, deseeded and diced
Handful of spinach
1 large spring onion, finely chopped
Roughly 120g seasoned chicken sausage meat (or use any sausage meat you like)
