So today we are making something really really special. We are starting off with our snow crab and right here I got our big bag of jumbo shrimp. You're going to want to make sure you get one of these big disposable pans just so that we can fit everything. And I'm just going to move the shrimp off to the side so that everything is in a nice even layer. This is going to be one of our main sources of flavor. So here I cut up some lemons into these wheels and we are just going to be placing these all the way across. And when I went ahead and cut up three lemons which is going to be enough for this recipe. So I'm just going to be covering all of the edges first. And with the of lemons we can see where they will fit. So you can see that with three lemons it fits perfectly all the way across which is exactly what we want. And we are leaving the middle open because we are going to be doing the next best thing to have with seafood is this whole stick of butter. So I just cut them up into these little squares so we can place them evenly. And this is a perfect way to make this because as soon as we stick it into the oven all of the butter and all of the citrus from the lemon is just going to fall and give everything such a really really ice flavor. And the last thing for the trifecta is Old Bay Seasoning. I feel like this is a must every time you make seafood so we can go ahead and go heavy. This is the only seasoning we're going to be using. So just be sure and go a little heavy handed because we just want to make sure that we flavor everything. All the lemons, the butter, the snow crab and the shrimp. And let me tell you this is looking so amazing. So this is something special, not something you can make everyday. And then for a little bit of freshness, here we have some parsley. So all these flavors just go together really well with seafood and look at that vibrant color that we got going on. This is the purse of using some finely shredded parsley right on top. So as soon as you have everything all set. Oh almost forgot one more thing. Garlic. That would have been a disaster. So this I'm just going to be using the Spice World minced garlic and we can go kind of heavy with this as well and like I said, all of these flavors just go so well together. What do you think of seafood? You think of the garlic and the butter? So, I'm going to do one more big spoonful and this is ready to go into the oven. So, I'm going to be doing this at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Look how amazing this looks. Oh my god and then we have all of the amazing butter sauce at the bottom. So, you know what? Before I serve it, I am just going to Get a little chef's bite. This is the prop of making it yourself and I'm going to dip it in some of that butter and now we can go ahead. It might be a little hot but it's worth it. Tall came off. Cooked perfectly. Gotta give this a try. Mm.
