What to eat when your gut is inflamed?
When you’re healing your gut, it is best to avoid foods that are hard to digest. If your gut is inflamed, you may react to many foods. This does not necessarily mean that you have become sensitive to these foods but that your gut is simply too inflamed to digest them. Stick to well-cooked vegetables and fruits.
