These taste exactly like banana bread and have become my newest breakfast obsession. What you’ll need: (per serve) 40g rolled oats 80g banana 10g chia seeds 20g vanilla protein powder 150ml almond milk 15g Cadbury milk chocolate chips To serve: 100g Greek yogurt 10g peanut butter Method: Preheat oven to 180C or 350F. Combine all ingredients together (excluding 30g of banana to top at the end) in an oven safe container. Use a fork to whisk all ingredients together. Ensure there are no lumps of protein powder or chia seeds. Top with 30g of banana and milk chocolate chips and press them into the batter. Bake in

Recipe: - 1 chicken breast, diced - 1/2 cup diced bell peppers - 1/4 cup red onions - 1/4 cup black beans - 1/4 cup fire-roasted diced tomatoes - Fajita seasoning (made my own) - 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s organic jasmine rice - 1/4 cup shredded cheese ### Toppings: - Pico de gallo - Greek yogurt or sour cream (optional) ### Instructions: 1. Assemble bowls with chicken, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, beans, and fajita seasoning. 2. Stir well to ensure everything is combined and coated with seasoning. 3. Bake in the oven at 400°F for 30 minutes. 4. Remove from oven, add rice, and top with cheese. 5. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese has melted. 6.
